I will be bringing together people who have vast experience in Practice Management, Data Facilitation, PRIMIS, Quest, Data Inputting, Summarising, Read Coding, Templates, Audits, Scanning, Choose and Book, Word Processing, Population Manager, QoF, Administration Staff/Receptionists some of which are bi-lingual, Medication Management, Repeat Dispensing, QoF in its present form all of these the PCT supply at present but when they close down where will you go then!!?

I myself will be available for Practice Management training which will include general day to day practice management issues, possible overview of how much you use your medical system, practice finance to include using Open Exeter, registration and IOS links and current payment methods, searches for the qualifying data required for DES and LES's, writing and implementing policies and procedures, setting up of spreadsheets for practice everyday financial tasks, the usage of population manager to its full extent, recall systems made easy and manageable, using the new TWR templates available on your clinical system, writing and storing new letters for merging with patient searches.
